Millie Hardwick joined the team in 2024 and has several years of experience within the lettings industry. Now working as a Property Manager, she is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring tenancies run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

With strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, Millie oversees all aspects of property management, from maintenance coordination and compliance to inspections and day-to-day tenancy matters, always striving to provide a positive experience for everyone involved.

With over 25 years of experience in Estate Agency, Lindsey has helped thousands of individuals and families find their dream homes. Her expertise extends throughout the East Midlands and includes working in diverse markets. Lindsey's professional and candid approach puts all her clients at ease while tailoring her services to meet their unique needs. Despite spending most of her days on the road, Lindsey is always available to ensure a seamless sale or purchase.

During her free time, Lindsey enjoys going on walks with her dog and spending quality time with friends and family. She also enjoys watching compelling dramas on television, and the coffee pot is always brewing.

We are pleased to welcome Shahzaib Kasir as our Property Apprentice. For the coming year, he will be part of our team while completing his Chartered Surveyor, Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (Real Estate) BSc (Hons).

Shahzaib has already acquired a year of industry experience working with Sure Surveyors, our affiliate company. Shahzaib possesses excellent customer service abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for the property sector. His responsibilities include handling initial inquiries, conducting property viewings and negotiations, as well as assisting in the preparation of inspection reports. In his personal time,

Shahzaib enjoys playing football and golf with friends. He has a passion for cooking and often experiments with new recipes, much to the delight of his family. Shahzaib is dedicated to his degree and spends much of his time learning and developing his skills.

Meet Jessie Mayes, our Head of Lettings. Although she is a recent addition to our team, Jessie has amassed over a decade of experience in the property industry. Her love for property started when she was a teenager and used to accompany her father while he renovated and added properties to their portfolio. Since then, Jessie has remained deeply involved in the field and has developed an impressive skill set that allows her to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Jessie's commitment to excellence is evident from her completion of the ARLA in 2020, and she continues to expand her knowledge of the ever-changing property industry. When she's not working hard to provide top-notch service to our clients, Jessie loves spending time with her puppy, going for long walks, practicing hot pod yoga, indulging in some retail therapy, and, of course, enjoying a well-deserved beer!

Andrew Sharpe, Managing Director. Andrew has been part of the team since early 2016. His love for property has enabled him to develop a unique approach to marketing and advertising.

With over 20 years experience in property, his ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders alike is apparent in the service that he delivers daily.

Leading the team in both Sales, Lettings and Property Management, he has motivated the team to deliver high standards in all aspects of the business, leading to winning multiple awards in Sales and Lettings.

Meet Mahtab Akram, our dedicated Property Clerk. Born and bred in Burton upon Trent, Mahtab boasts an extensive understanding of both Burton and Derby.

With more than five years of expertise in property inspection, resolving tenant issues, and providing invaluable recommendations to landlords, Mahtab enables property owners to optimize their investments.

When Mahtab isn't hard at work, you'll frequently find him teeing off on the golf course or enjoying quality time with friends.

Joining in 2026, Aidan has three years of experience in property management in the private rental sector and has a background and understanding of leasehold residential management.

With his experience, Aidan is able to manage a wide range of properties, ensuring any maintainence issues are resolved, organising compliance certificates, dealing with end of tenancy requests/notices and resolving deposit disputes.

In his spare time, Aidan often volunteers as a motorsport marshal and takes part in competitive gaming, enjoys going to the theatre and playing his Ukulele!

Meet Tess – Our Property Manager although she is new to the team, Tess brings a wealth of relevant experience to the role with a strong background in Finance within the property sector and a passion for Property Management. As a previous landlord herself, she understands the needs and expectations of both landlords and tenants, making her a strong communicator and problem solver.

Tess is responsible for a portfolio of properties, resolving maintenance and utility issues and manages our tenants’ referencing processes. You will also find her carrying out inspections. With her skills and experience she is dedicated to building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants based on trust and transparency, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

Outside of work, Tess enjoys long walks, being by the beach, playing darts, attending music festivals and spending quality time with her family and friends.
