Andrew Sharpe, Sales & Lettings Director. Andrew has been part of the team since early 2016. His love for property has enabled him to develop a unique approach to marketing and advertising.

With nearly 20 years experience in property, his ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders alike is apparent in the service that he delivers daily.

Growing the team in both Sales and Lettings, he has motivated the team to deliver high standards in all aspects of the business, leading to winning multiple awards in Sales and Lettings.

When Andrew isn’t working, you will find him playing cricket, touch rugby, running or on his bike.

Meet Mahtab Akram, our dedicated Property Clerk. Born and bred in Burton upon Trent, Mahtab boasts an extensive understanding of both Burton and Derby.

With more than five years of expertise in property inspection, resolving tenant issues, and providing invaluable recommendations to landlords, Mahtab enables property owners to optimize their investments.

When Mahtab isn't hard at work, you'll frequently find him teeing off on the golf course or enjoying quality time with friends.

Meet Jessie Mayes, our Head of Lettings. Although she is a recent addition to our team, Jessie has amassed over a decade of experience in the property industry. Her love for property started when she was a teenager and used to accompany her father while he renovated and added properties to their portfolio. Since then, Jessie has remained deeply involved in the field and has developed an impressive skill set that allows her to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Jessie's commitment to excellence is evident from her completion of the ARLA in 2020, and she continues to expand her knowledge of the ever-changing property industry. When she's not working hard to provide top-notch service to our clients, Jessie loves spending time with her puppy, going for long walks, practicing hot pod yoga, indulging in some retail therapy, and, of course, enjoying a well-deserved beer!

Kleo Shorthose, Property Manager, joined the team in 2022. Kleo brings with her a high level of customer service experience , and 2 years lettings and property management experience. This allows her to provide the best level of assistance to both landlords and tenants on a day-to-day basis.

Day to day Kleo liaises with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve any maintenance and utility issues. You will also find her carrying out inspections and dealing with any queries and admin tasks from current tenants and landlords. Managing properties for the landlords allows them to be stress free and build a trusting relationship with herself.

In her spare time outside of work Kleo enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and spending her weekends with her friends’ sipping cocktails and partying.

The team welcomed Ashley Taylor-Howe in 2022, who has a lot of expertise and experience in the property industry from her 9 years working for a well-known online Estate agency and other national agencies.

Ashley has a real passion for the property market in general and is a qualified Associate RICS surveyor and Registered Valuer. With her qualifications, Ashley can offer a customised sourcing service and a wealth of knowledge with a knack for valuations and a wide range of experience behind her, she likes being active and is a great versatile player.

Ashley enjoys establishing long term relationships and helping clients expand and grow their investment portfolios.

With over 25 years of experience in Estate Agency, Lindsey has helped thousands of individuals and families find their dream homes. Her expertise extends throughout the East Midlands and includes working in diverse markets. Lindsey's professional and candid approach puts all her clients at ease while tailoring her services to meet their unique needs. Despite spending most of her days on the road, Lindsey is always available to ensure a seamless sale or purchase.

During her free time, Lindsey enjoys going on walks with her dog and spending quality time with friends and family. She also enjoys watching compelling dramas on television, and the coffee pot is always brewing.

We are pleased to welcome Shahzaib Kasir as our Property Apprentice. For the coming year, he will be part of our team while completing his Chartered Surveyor, Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (Real Estate) BSc (Hons).

Shahzaib has already acquired a year of industry experience working with Sure Surveyors, our affiliate company. Shahzaib possesses excellent customer service abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for the property sector. His responsibilities include handling initial inquiries, conducting property viewings and negotiations, as well as assisting in the preparation of inspection reports. In his personal time,

Shahzaib enjoys playing football and golf with friends. He has a passion for cooking and often experiments with new recipes, much to the delight of his family. Shahzaib is dedicated to his degree and spends much of his time learning and developing his skills.

Sunil Kataria is a passionate Lettings Negotiator who joined the team in 2024. Although new to the role, he brings fresh enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed in the property sector. Sunil is eager to match tenants with the right properties and enjoys helping landlords and tenants connect. Known for his organisational skills, he is quickly adapting to tasks such as responding to queries, arranging viewings, and assisting with negotiations. In his free time, Sunil enjoys spending quality time with family, socialising at the pub with friends, staying active at the gym, and playing video games.

With a solid foundation in customer service spanning two years, Benjamin excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. His passion for matching people with their perfect homes is evident in his work.

Currently training to be a sales negotiator, Benjamin is involved in arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and ensuring clients are always informed and up-to-date on all developments.

In his free time, Benjamin enjoys playing golf and dining out, always seeking new experiences and adventures.

Millie Hardwick, a Lettings Negotiator, became part of the team in 2024. With a couple of years of experience already under her belt in the lettings sector, Millie contributes thrives in the property sector, loving nothing more than helping successfully match tenants with landlords and their properties.

Known for her exemplary organisational skills, her daily responsibilities include responding to initial queries, matching tenants with suitable properties, managing property viewings, and handling negotiations.

Outside of work, Millie cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family.
